Colt New Service Ser. No. 83312. .45 Colt- 7 1/2″ barrel built in 1915. Completely engraved and gold inlaid by John Warren in the mid 20th century. Complete scroll coverage with gold line work on the barrel, cylinder and trigger bow. Inlaid elk on the left frame and eagle on the right frame in three colors of gold. Grips are checkered and carved by Mr. Warren and work is signed by him on the bottom of the grip frame. The very best of the best by one of America’s greatest artisans.
